Terms of Service

These are the rules for using NurVerse Quran Academy. By using the service you (or your parent or guardian) agree to them.

1. Our service

We provide live online Quran classes with teachers chosen and managed by the academy, together with progress tracking, homework and certificates.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login with anyone outside your family.
• A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms for every child under 18.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

3. Classes happen only inside NurVerse

To protect children, all teaching arranged through the academy must stay on the academy's platform. Teachers and students must not:

• share personal phone numbers, email addresses, social media or messaging accounts;
• offer, request or arrange private lessons outside the academy;
• discuss fees, salaries or payments outside the academy's system;
• ask anyone to keep a conversation secret from the academy or from parents.

For families: by accepting these Terms you confirm that your family will not take private lessons with an academy teacher, or pay a teacher outside the academy, while your child is an academy student and for 12 months after. Teachers sign the same promise. If a teacher asks you, please use the "Report a concern" button: the report is private and the teacher is not told who made it.

Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, suspension or removal of the teacher or student.

4. Recording and safety

Live classes are audio-recorded and checked as described in the Privacy Policy. A notice is shown in every class and in every message page. Teachers are shown to families as title, first name and the first letter of the family name, and students are shown to teachers in the same short way.

5. Behaviour

Everyone must be respectful. No bullying, inappropriate language or sharing of harmful content.

6. Fees

Fees, billing cycle and currency are agreed with the academy for each student. Unpaid invoices may lead to classes being paused.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will ask you to accept important changes. Questions: email nurversequran@gmail.com.
