Version 2026-12

NurVerse Quran Academy ("we") teaches the Quran online to children and adults. Many of our students are children aged 3 to 15, so we keep as little information as we can and protect what we keep. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it and when it is deleted.

1. What we collect

2. Why classes are recorded

A notice is shown inside every live class. Recording is not used for advertising and is never published.

3. Who can see your information

4. Companies that help us (processors)

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

A parent or guardian (or an adult student) can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold, or to stop recording a particular child's classes. To ask, email nurversequran@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent for recording we may not be able to continue online classes.

7. Children

A child can only use NurVerse after a parent or legal guardian has read and accepted this policy. We record the name of the person who accepted, the date and time. We do not ask children for more information than lessons need.

8. Security

Passwords are stored in scrambled form, classes are private and need a login, and access is limited by role. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects your information we will tell you.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in an important way we will ask you to accept it again.
